This model covers a wide range of needs. It has been designed for professional purposes: small pottery factories, screen printing on glass, pottery schools and factories with medium and large productions. Removable strong structure in tube and laminated steel sheet. The exclusive way to place the fibres makes it to be a great insulator. The density is higher thanks to the pressing so we get more durability and electricity saving as the fibre gets warm up and cool down quickly.

This range has two methods of control:

  • A powerful temperature controller with a microprocessor of nine programs making it more comfortable and easier to use.
  • An automaton with tactile screen to storage fifty programs and up to 30 segments organized by the name of the product.

DESCRIPTION OF TÉLICA

Construction:

  • Strong structure in tube and laminated steel sheet with epoxy and finishing of polyurethane enamel.
  • Removable sheets, ceiling and door.
  • Opening door mounted on bearings that are regulated in depth to remove or approach it to the lock frame avoiding heat loss.
  • Insulation in walls, ceiling and doors with ceramic fibres of first quality fastened in place with an exclusive system developed by ourselves.
  • The front of the kiln and the elements supports are made by refractory bricks.
  • Electrical components from leading brands.
  • Elements in spiral of wire KANTAL 1ª.

Only in Télica-V:

  • Strong wagons for loading, built with a refractory material of low density.
  • The fitting is totally sealed, made by fibre sheets in the kiln and firebreaks with the wagons bricks and the kiln.
  • Without tracks or special foundation.
  • Revolving wheels on the front side, controlled by a bar that gives a complete maneuverability.
  • Access to the kiln totally guided by side wheels in the inside of the kiln and wagons.

Safety:

  • Double contactor (redundant safety).
  • Excess temperature alarm.

Control with microprocessor:

  • Storage capacity up to 9 programs. Each program is made up of a waiting time, two controlled rise ramps, one maintenance and a descent ramp.
  • Permanent visual display of the variable and the estate of the control exits.
  • Dynamic graphic of the program implementation.
  • Messages to advice about the breakage of the thermocouple and any supply failure.
  • Reading of the energetic consumption.
  • Automatic starting after an electricity failure.

Control by PLC:

  • Tactile screen 2,4" to use and visualize the firing process and also to adjust the parameters and the manual operation.
  • Chart of the system indicating the current state in every moment.

  • Easy creation of programs through assistant.
  • Precision of tenths of a degree in the regulation.
  • Statistics of the process.
  • Visualization of alarms with explanatory texts.

It is possible to not use the tactile screen and operate it with a control remote from the PC by using our software Fénix View. It is also possible to control it from one PC as much kiln as we want (max 255).

Sole plate, with useful capacity of 1000, 1500, 2000 liters and two maximum consignment temperatures 1.100ºC or 1.300ºC.

Movil plate, with useful capacity of 1000, 1500, 2000 liters and two maximum consignment temperatures 1.100ºC or 1.300ºC. It is made up of a kiln and two loading wagons.
